Directions
Add 2 level scoops to 1/4-1/3 cup of water, milk, juice, yogurt or mix. Stir until dispersed, then drink immediately. Note the extra calories provided by milk, yogurt, etc. When to Use: You can add extra protein to your daily caloric intake any time throughout the day. Mix up 2-4 scoops upon rising and/or between meals or last thing at night. Keep out of direct sunlight and store in a cool dark place. Scoop included.
