We recommend the following when using this stack:
Take one serving of Syntha-6 immediately upon waking to replenish protein lost during sleep (fast). Have one serving of Syntha-6 just before bed to keep nitrogen levels up during sleep.
Have a serving of True-Mass as a pre-workout drink about 30 minutes prior to workout. Have another serving immediately after your workout to take advantage of the 30 minute growth window. May also use a serving as a meal replacement.
Take all other supplements in the stack according to label directions.
This stack will last 6 weeks or less depending on how you take your supplements. You may run out in less than 6 weeks and you may run out of protein faster depending on how you take it. You may need to add extra items individually to make it the full 6 weeks or however long you want to cycle the stack.
You can mix your flavors in your order, i.e. 1 vanilla True-Mass and 1 chocolate True-Mass. Just let us know in the order comments (at checkout) exactly what you want.
