Great product that works as good as any Synthol blends on the market. Fast shipping and none of the wait associated with the Australian brand. Save yourself some serious cash using Lyons Protein Source. Nobody is cheaper or faster.

Works well I have been using it for 10 days now. Heres how I do it. I use 1 ml per bicep head outter an inner a day an switch from upper to middle to the lower heads everyday, (Example day 1:Both bicep heads upper, day 2:Both bicep heads middle an day 3:Both the lower heads.) After ten days I will switch to 2 ml a head for ten days then after the 20 day mark I will put it up too 3 ml a head.

With chest I do 1/2 ml each spot there are  a total of 18 spots on the entire chest. After ten days I useed 1 ml each spot. An the last ten days I will be using 1 1/2 ml a spot. Its been 20 days an the gains are great. I had much better results with the chest then the Biceps.
