DIRECTIONS:  Take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening with water.

DIRECTIONS:  SubZorb tablets are designed to be dissolved under your tongue. Place one SubZorb tablet under your tongue and let dissolve completely, then swallow. For maximum effects take two Formula 2 SubZorb tablets per day: one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening.
